Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders:

All continental domestic shipping is free. All order ship next business day.

We will ship all chairs via UPS or FedEx Ground from Fort Pierce, Florida to the continental states and USPS to other states, territories, and APO.

International Orders

Sorry, but we are not offering international shipping at this time. Please use “Contact Us” if your address is outside the USA and we will contact you when that shipping service is available.

NOTE:

We reserve the right to purchase shipping other than that which is listed above. Our goal is to fulfill orders within one business during regular business days. We consider a product in the customer's ownership as soon as it leaves our factory.

 Returns Policy

Domestic Returns:

We think things should be simple. If a customer* does not like their chair for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase, they may return the chair. The chair must be clean and in working order. If the chair is returned in an unfit manor, we will deduct an amount of our choosing from the refund to supplement for the damage. All refunds will be issued no later than the Friday after the item is received.

If there is a current sale going on there will be no returns allowed. You may not return a product and place an order while there is a current sale. You may not place an order while on sale and then return a previous order. If any of the above occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your new order and issue a refund. There are no returns on limited edition products.

*A customer is defined as a person who makes a purchase directly though us for themselves or another person as a gift with the sole intention of using the chair as it was designed for, defined as, personal sitting. There are no returns or exchanges for drop shippers, defined as, people who purchase a product for another person via a sale that has originated from outside of SoKOOL (www.sokoolfanchair.com). There are no returns for chairs used for media, defined as, chairs purchased with the sole purpose of taking pictures and/or video, this falls outside of our definition of a customer. There are no returns for chairs used for events, defined as, chairs purchased with the sole purpose to use as seating for an event, this falls outside of our definition of a customer. International Returns Policy: There are no returns for international orders.
